Justin brings more than 17 years of leadership, operational management, and organizational oversight from his career in the U.S. military and Department of Defense civilian sectors.
Currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Business Administration, he combines his PMP and CISM credentials with a patient-centered approach to healthcare administration. His priorities include operational excellence, compliance, and resource planning for structured, compassionate mental health care.
Edward “Greg” BuchananDeputy Director & Founder
Greg brings more than a decade of partnership with Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services (DPCS), providing supportive housing for individuals managing mental illness and substance use challenges.
His experience includes specialized supportive housing, crisis management, conflict resolution, and de-escalation. Through TTP Solutions Healthcare LLC and his work alongside MHCB/PHP, he focuses on safe, stable environments and the practical foundations that support recovery.
Chandra BrandronOperations Manager & Compliance Officer
Chandra brings more than 20 years of experience in mental health and substance use services to program operations and compliance.
Her work brings together daily operations, client safety, regulatory oversight, internal audit protocols, and staff training. She focuses on client safety, organizational integrity, and a structured environment that supports individuals, families, and the staff who serve them.
